The Guru Nankak Darbar Society invites Prince George residents to join the Sikh community to celebrate Vaisakhi on Saturday with a Nagar Kirtan-Vaisakhi Parade, displays and food booths.
The parade begins at 10 a.m. at the Temple, 4298 Davis Road, in College Heights and stops at CN Centre from noon to 2 p.m. for announcements, displays and food booths which offer samosa's, pizza, sweets and refreshments. Following festivities at the CN Centre the parade, which features a number of entries, will return to the Temple. For more information call Pal Bassi at 250-964-7708.
