An 18-year-old Prince George youth was caught in the act of breaking and entering a residence Wednesday in the 1700 block of 17th Avenue.
Brandon Michael Felix entered the home through the living room window, but his attempt was soon foiled.
"The occupant was home at the time and immediately called police who arrested the suspect," said Gary Godwin, RCMP interim media liaison.
Brandon Felix is remanded in custody, with charges of break and enter as well as breach of probation.
