Three local restaurants reported break and enters where poppy trays and cash were stolen.
At about 11:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 2 the local RCMP got a report of a break and enter at a restaurant in the 1500 Block of Highway 97.
When officers attended they found the glass door had been broken and the poppy tray gone.
Two other incidents were also reported one on Sunday at about 8 p.m. and then just after midnight on Tuesday, Nov. 3 from a restaurant on Central St. E.
The same person is the suspect in all three thefts.
He is described as:
First Nations male
Stalky build
Wearing a very distinct #19 Jonathon Toews Chicago Blackhawks Winter Classic hockey jersey.
