Canada-wide warrant issued for local woman

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public's help in locating a parolee wanted for being unlawfully at large. A Canada-wide warrant was issued on Dec. 16, when Antoinetta Pozzebon, age 50, failed to return to her halfway house in Prince George.

The Prince George RCMP are requesting the public's help in locating a parolee wanted for being unlawfully at large.

A Canada-wide warrant was issued on Dec. 16, when Antoinetta Pozzebon, age 50, failed to return to her halfway house in Prince George. Pozzebon has more than 100 criminal convictions over 32 years, primarily property related. She was released on parole for convictions of break and enter, possession and use of a stolen credit card and two counts of theft under $5,000.

Pozzebon is described as a First Nations female, 163 cm (five-feet-four-four inches), 59 kg (130 lbs), brown hair and brown eyes. Pozzebon has a Pegasus tattoo on her right shoulder.

Pozzebon is from Prince George and is likely still in the area.
