Permits for nearly $1.5 million worth of construction work were taken out in February, according to a city staff report.
At $973,900 over three projects, permits for single-family homes make up the majority of the total. A $290,000 improvement to a new ophthalmologist office at 1360-5th Ave. is the other significant permit.
In all 15 permits were taken out.
Year to date, the total stands at $3.3 million on 34 permits, down from $5.7 million on 38 permits by the same point last year and $3.7 million on 25 permits by the end of February 2015.
