A handgun and an explosive device were located after the Prince George RCMP's Crime Reduction Team executed a search warrant on Thursday afternoon.
The Crime Reduction Team executed the warrant on a residence in the 200 block of South Kelly Street at approximately 4:45 p.m.
The subsequent search of the property found a .22 calibre hand gun and an improvised (homemade) explosive device.
Both were seized without
incident.
On Friday morning, one adult female was located and arrested as a result of the search. Charges have not yet been laid, pending further investigation.
