The Ministry of Transportation has issued a travel advisory for Highway 16 East from Tete Jaune Cache to the Alberta border, warning of black ice along the stretch.
"Travellers are advised to excercise caution and consider alternate plans," the ministry said Friday morning on the DriveBC website.
