Bevies & Bites event offers Prince George foodies a deal

Here’s the list of participants and what they offer:

The Firm Lounge and Grill is offering two different seafood pairings of mussels or calamari. The mussels will be accompanied with The Guilty cocktail for $22 and the calamari is paired with any flavoured mule for $21.

North 54 is showcasing cheese fondue for two paired with a half a litre of Chaberton Estates Winery red or white wine for $50. Chef Dean prepares his cheese fondue from scratch, classically done with kirsch, white wine, Emmentaler and Gruyere cheese served with assorted breads.

Open Door Café has put together a cozy pairing of any medium latte with a baked goodie for $6.50.

The Bistro at Northern Lights Estate Winery is serving their Ursa Mojito infused with cucumber and apples with an accompaniment of prawn and avocado ceviche. 

Thirsty Moose Pub has put two of their most popular items together for a tasty pairing. Stop by and enjoy Moose Fries and a Holy Water Cocktail for $20.99.

Chaas Tayo has put together two pairing options that are perfect for sharing or an individual snack. Order a regular milk tea and flavoured frenchies (cheese, BBQ, sour cream and onion or chili BBQ) for $11.99. Or a regular milk tea with chicken fingers for $12.99.

Ritual Coffeeworks has created the perfect pairing of any latte and pastry for $8.

White Goose Bistro has put together a fantastic special where two can dine for $120. Guests get to choose one appetizer, two entrees and a dessert from the two can dine menu. A bottle of wine is also included in the price.

Ristretto Coffee House offers a delicious medium brown sugar and cinnamon bun latte paired with coffee cake for $10.50.

Grand Trunk will have three different offerings mid-week.

Tuesdays: Beef Dip and 12 oz. beer only $20.

Wednesdays: Purchase an alcoholic beverage and grab wings for only $11.99 per pound. Choose from nine sweet, spicy, or savoury flavours.

Thursdays: Select 6 oz. chuck burger and 12 oz. beer only $20.

Zen Noodle House will be serving a glass of the house red or white wine, paired with a serving of Zen Special Chicken Wings (flavours include hot garlic sauce, sweet & sour and lemon pepper) for $20.50.

The Canadian Brewhouse is offering everyone’s favourite pairing, a tankard of beer and wings for $16.99.

Nancy O’s is pairing a half litre of Pinot Gris from Mt Boucherie with a tasty tomato bruschetta for $25.

Lil Hoppers Play Café is pairing their holiday classic eggnog latte with a slice of chocolate zucchini loaf for $7.99.

Nelly’s Pizza will be offering a classic pairing of beer with a side of their homemade pork bites for $14.

Oakroom Grill has put together two pairings, their signature red sea tide cocktail and Singapore chili crab sliders for $32.99 or a refreshing glass of Trench’s Dry-Hopped Champagne IPA and Yabba Dabba Doo sliders for $23.99.

The Bistro at the Courtyard Marriot Hotel has created two different pairings. For breakfast the pairing will be a dirty chai latte and a Denver breakfast sandwich with either a side of hashbrowns or fruit for $22 and for lunch/dinner get a glass of Okanagan Spring Beer and a Nashville chicken burger with a side of salad or fries for $25.

The Makerie Craft and Coffee Bar has paired their cedar latte with a table top fire roasted marshmallow for $7.25.

Zoe’s Java House has created the perfect pairing for breakfast or a midday pick-me-up which is a large brewed coffee or tea paired with any baked item for $6.90.
