VANCOUVER - B.C. Premier Gordon Campbell on Wednesday announced his resignation.
The premier's popularity has sunk to record lows in recent months, in large part due to the hugely unpopular HSThis government brought in.
"It is time for a new person to lead the province," he told reporters.
