BC Liquor Stores customers will be able to support dry grad celebrations in their communities by donating $1 at their local outlet whenever they make a purchase.
The campaign runs until March 31 and involves 55 school districts across B.C., including School District #57.
Last year, BC Liquor Stores customers across the province donated a total of $548,157 raising the total for the 11 years the campaign has been held to $3.4 million.
All donations will be distributed to high schools planning alcohol-free graduation celebrations.
