The Better Business Bureau is bringing its Smart Shoppers fraud prevention seminar to the Prince George Canadian Tire on Feb. 5 from 1 to 2 p.m.
Items to be discussed include cash-back fraud, not-so-free trials, shady business opportunities and home repair rip offs.
