Avalanche victim identified

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died following an avalanche southeast of Valemount last Friday. He was Joshuah Maurice Bradshaw, 27, of Edmonton, Alberta.

The BC Coroners Service has confirmed the identity of a man who died following an avalanche southeast of Valemount last Friday.

He was Joshuah Maurice Bradshaw, 27, of Edmonton, Alberta.

Bradshaw was in a group of three people snowmobiling in the Morning Glory Bowl in the Clemina Creek snowmobiling area, Morning Glory Bowl, when he was caught in an avalanche at 1 p.m. He died as the scene as a result of his injuries, the Coroners Service said Thursday.
