Prince George RCMP have released the name of the man charged with attempted murder after a pedestrian was struck by a pickup truck early Wednesday morning.
Gordon Kerr, 49, is also facing a charge of criminal negligence causing death, police said, in connection with the incident near Grama's Inn and Esther's Inn on Central Street East.
The name of the victim, a 29-year-old man has not been released.
He was flown to Vancouver General Hospital with life-threatening injuries and remains in critical condition, police said.
