An attack at the site of an Operation Red Nose pickup over the weekend is being characterized as a "random and isolated incident" by the campaign's organizers.
"The person who was arrested by the RCMP was not even an Operation Red Nose client," said Operation Red Nose spokeswoman Andrea Johnson.
"He tried to get into our client's car that was at the pick-up location that our Red Nose volunteer was about to drive home."
