Assault with a weapon nets 40 days in jail

Amanda Leslie Allan was sentenced to 45 days in jail for breach of probation.

Larry Wilbert Barks was prohibited from driving for three years, sentenced to one year probation and fined $1,200 for driving while impaired.

Mary Ann Carter was fined $800 plus a $120 victim surcharge and issued a 10-year firearms ban for possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm with ammunition.

Preston Pointe Munro Deveny was sentenced to one day in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for three counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Vanderhoof.

Rahim Nizarali Lalani was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Dallas Andrew Laurel Williams was sentenced to a 90-day conditional sentence and one year probation and ordered to pay $970 restitution and a $50 victim surcharge for break and enter and committing indictable offence.

Elijah Jimmy Massettoe was sentenced to 66 days in jail and one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for assault with a weapon.

James Archibald Webb was fined $500 and sentenced to one year probation for two counts of theft $5,000 or under.

John William Pyy was fined $500 for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Wayne Harper Parry was prohibited from driving for three years and sentenced to 30 days in jail intermittent with probation to the end of the sentence for driving while impaired, committed in Tsay Keh Dene.

Amy Louise Joseph was sentenced to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking and breach of probation.
