Prohibited weapons and drugs were found by police during a raid on a Redwood Street home.
On Wednesday afternoon members of the Prince George RCMP Downtown Enforcement Unit with the assistance of the detachment's Drug Section executed a search warrant on the residence in the 1700 block.
"A 26 year old male and a 21-year-old female were arrested in the residence. Both are residents of Prince George and are well known to police," said police spokesman Cpl. Craig Douglass. "Upon search of the residence, investigators located a quantity of both cocaine and heroin, as well as a high capacity magazine for a hand gun. This magazine is a prohibited device in Canada."
Charges have already been laid against Chad Patrick Poitras and more are pending against the female.
