A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a homeless woman because she is refusing treatment for tuberculosis.
In granting the warrant Thursday afternoon, provincial court judge Michael Brecknell agreed with Northern Health that while Freda Lynn Evans has not committed a crime, she poses a threat to public health.
