A 29-year-old man who was allegedly breaking into vehicles in the downtown area is behind bars.
Prince George RCMP said members of the downtown enforcement unit arrested the suspect today after was seen stealing a purse from a delivery van at Fifth and Quebec and stuffing it down the front of his pants.
