Two people were arrested and a large amount of alcohol was seized from what RCMP believe to be a bootlegging operation.
Executing a search warrant Monday on a Redwood Street home, police seized more than 750 cans or bottles of beer, 90 cans or bottles of premixed single-serving alcohol, 60 bottles of liquor in various sizes, 60 two-ounce bottles of liquor and one bottle of wine, Prince George RCMP said.
Cash and other evidence were also seized.
A 49-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man were arrested and since released on promises to appear. RCMP will recommend charges under the Liquor Control and Licensing Act.
The names of the two were not released.
