A man accused of trying to snatch a four-month baby girl from her parents while high on drugs made an appearance in Prince George provincial court on Monday.
David Michael Lucas, 27, faces a charge of abduction of a person under age 14, three counts of assault, two counts of willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer and one count of assault with intent to commit arrest.
