Skyfest 2015, Quesnel's International Airshow, takes to the skies July 31 to August 2.
The Royal Canadian Air Force and the Canadian Armed Forces featuring the CF-18 Hornet fighter jet will join the Snowbirds demonstration team.
Each year the jet has a commemorative design painted on it. This year the image depicts the Battle of Britain, which took place 75 years ago.
This year the Hornet pilot is Capt. Denis Cheech Beaulieu, a member of the 425 Tactical Fighter Squadron located at 3 Wing Bagotville, Quebec.
Last time the RCAF team visited in 2013, they took a toy giraffe from Quesnel along during their world travels. Linda the giraffe will be returned to her hometown when they arrive for Skyfest.
