Aggravated assault leads to 18 months in jail

From Prince George Supreme Court: November 21 Wolfgang Otto Johnny was sentenced to six months in jail for aggravated assault.

Wolfgang Otto Johnny was sentenced to six months in jail for aggravated assault.

David Samuel Manlove was sentenced to four months in jail and two years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for occupying vehicle in which there is firearm, possession of a firearm, contrary to an order, possession of a controlled substance, and breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

From Prince George Provincial Court:

November 24

Daniel Keith Andrew was sentenced to one day in jail and one year probation and issued a lifetime firearms prohibition for robbery. Keith had credit for four months time served prior to sentencing.

Robbie Norman Gibbons was sentenced to 30 days in jail for willfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Cameron James Rose was sentenced to 18 months in jail and three years probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for aggravated assault.

Wilfred Joseph Thomas was sentenced to 60 days in jail and one year probation for assault and to 30 days for breach of an undertaking.

November 23

Merle Lee Charlie was sentenced to 70 days in jail and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition for possession of firearm contrary to an order and two counts of breach of probation, committed in Fort Ware.

Bonita Susan Dempsey was sentenced to 30 days in jail for possession of stolen property under $5,000 and theft $5,000 or under and to 14 days in jail for breach of probation.

Sebastian Gordon Goudreau was sentenced to 18 months probation for assault committed in Fort St. James and theft $5,000 or under, committed in Prince George and to one day in jail and 18 months probation for failing to appear on recognizance or undertaking, carrying a concealed weapon or prohibited device, possessing weapon for dangerous purpose and breach of probation, committed in Edmonton.

Robert Allan Hall was sentenced to seven days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and breach of an undertaking and to one day in jail for fail to appear pursuant to an appearance notice.

Cory Douglas Johnson was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08 under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Doris Ann Niedermayer was fined $250 for possession of a controlled substance and $250 plus a $37.50 victim surcharge for driving without a licence under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Jody Justa Sam was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended.

November 22

Jordan Seth Allen was sentenced to a three-month conditional sentence and one year probation and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for theft $5,000 or under and possessing a weapon for dangerous purpose, and to one day in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Robert Junior Badger was sentenced to an eight month conditional sentence for two counts of possession of a controlled substance and to two days in jail for breach of an undertaking or recognizance, committed in Prince George, and to a four-month conditional sentence for possession of property obtained by crime, committed in Quesnel.

Jonathan Frederick Hines was sentenced to 30 days in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for one count of theft $5,000 or under and to 15 days in jail and issued a $50 victim surcharge for two other counts of theft $5,000 or under and to one day in jail for two counts of breach of an undertaking.

Aaron Raymond Munch was sentenced to 49 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.

Jean Patricia Patrick was sentenced to one day in jail for theft $5,000 or under.

Rodney Clarence Poitras was fined $200 plus a $30 victim surcharge for possession of a controlled substance.

Kathleen Odele Clements was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Kevin Ross Lee was sentenced to 37 days in jail for breach of probation.

November 21

Jason Scot Beetlestone was issued a one-year, $500 recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Michelle Lisa Ann Wolfe was sentenced to five days in jail for breach of probation, committed in Prince George, and one day in jail and one year probation for assault, committed in Burns Lake.

David Samuel Manlove was sentenced to 45 days in jail and two years probation for assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
