Advance voting begins Saturday

Advance voting for the provincial election starts this weekend. Residents in Prince George-Mackenzie can cast their ballots at Christ Our Saviour Church Hall, 4514 Austin Rd. W., (Saturday only) and the Eagles Hall 6742 Dagg Rd., both days.

Advance voting for the provincial election starts this weekend.

Residents in Prince George-Mackenzie can cast their ballots at Christ Our Saviour Church Hall, 4514 Austin Rd. W., (Saturday only) and the Eagles Hall 6742 Dagg Rd., both days.

In Prince George-Valemount, votes will be accepted at the Elder Citizens Rec Centre, 1692 10th Ave. and Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, 3590 Dufferin Ave. on both days.

Further advance voting opportunities will be available from Wednesday to Saturday next week.

For Prince George-Mackenzie, they'll be at Christ Our Saviour, Eagles Hall and Zion Lutheran Church, 180 S Tabor Blvd., all four days.

For Prince George-Valemount, they will be at Elder Citizens Rec Centre, Our Saviour's Lutheran Church for all four days, and Columbus Community Centre, 7201 Domano Blvd., Wednesday to Friday.

All venues will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

You can cast your ballot on any day leading up to the general voting day on Tues., May 9 during at any district electoral office. The office for Prince George-Mackenzie is at 1511 Lyon St. S., and the office for Prince George-Valemount is 401-1777 Third Ave., two floors up from The Citizen offices.

They're open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and on the advanced voting days, 8 a.m. to 8 a.m.
