138 days for dangerous driving

From Prince George provincial court: March 9 Eric Bradley Charlie was sentenced to 128 days in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Eric Bradley Charlie was sentenced to 128 days in jail and one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

Michal Adam Matus was sentenced to 75 days in jail, one year probation and issued a lifetime mandatory firearms prohibition for assault, extortion and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

March 7

Bradley Marvin Abraham was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $2,000 plus a $300 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

Gordon Stanley Adolph was issued a $500 one year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Ronald William Johnston was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

Kam Hub Lam was sentenced to 26 months in jail for production of controlled substance and to one year in jail for possession for the purpose of trafficking, committed in Vanderhoof. Lam was also issued a lifetime firearms prohibition.

Lucas Howard Sam was sentenced to 45 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation, committed in Fort St. James.

Peter Stafford Veenstra was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence for mischief $5,000 or under.

Clinton Levi Poitras was sentenced to 14 days in jail for two counts of breach of probation.

March 6

Kaleigh Marie Andrews was fined $1,000 plus a $150 victim surcharge for driving without reasonable consideration under the Motor Vehicle Act.

Robert Philip Cluett was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,500 plus a $225 victim surcharge for driving with a blood-alcohol level over .08.

John Gerald Mills was sentenced to one day in jail for five counts of breach of an undertaking or recognizance.

Trent Ramsey Potskin was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and assessed a $50 victim surcharge for improper storage of a firearm.

Desmond Richard Morrison was sentenced to one year probation with a suspended sentence and issued a five-year firearms prohibition for uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.

Everett Riley Patrick was sentenced to one day in jail and six months probation for wilfully resisting or obstructing a peace officer.

Travis Joseph Wolfe was issued a $500 one-year recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.

March 5

Allan Troy Baker was sentenced to 138 days in jail for dangerous driving and flight from a peace officer and prohibited from driving for five years for driving while disqualified. All the convictions are for criminal code offences and stem from a July 22, 2011 incident.

Baker was also sentenced to 182 days in jail for breach of recognizance from a July 6, 2011 incident.

Philip Walters was issued a $500 six-month recognizance after allegation for causing fear of injury or damage to property.
