Econoline Crush takes the Treasure Cove show lounge stage tonight at 8 p.m. Tickets are $30 at the customer service desk at the casino, 2005 Highway 97 South.

Friday Night Mic tonight at Cafe Voltaire, Books & Co., 1685 Third Ave., sees Cityfolk Band, featuring Tony Tabora, percussion, Mike Vigano, guitar, Lee Wai, keys, guitar and vocals, and Derren, bass. Come out for a night of free music beginning at 8 p.m.

The Little Prince Steam Train runs along a half-mile loop next door to the Exploration Place Museum and goes Saturday and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Cost is $2 per person.

Summer Solstice: Festival of Creative Arts take place Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Willowtree Centre, 788 PG Pulpmill Road. This festival celebrates creative arts. Browse the artisan, crafter, vendor and food tents with the whole family. For more information e-mail [email protected].

St. Jean Baptiste Celebration takes place Saturday from 4:30 to 9 p.m. at Le Cercle des Canadiens Francais, 1752 Fir St. to honour the past and the present of our French Canadian Heritage. Free activities and music.

Dog Expo at Huble Homestead goes Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your dog to strut his stuff during the parade of breeds. Enter your dog into the biggest dog, smallest dog, best dressed dog and best trick contests. Watch obedience and agility demonstrations, talk to pet organizations, and shop the vendors while you let your pup socialize with others. Don't forget the leash. Huble Homestead Historic Site is located 40 km north of Prince George, just off Highway 97 on Mitchell Road. Admission is by donation. For more information visit www.hublehomestead.ca.

PGSO String Trio in Concert goes Thursday night 7 to 9 p.m. at Ohh...Chocolat Cafe, 565 George St. Enjoy a lovely evening of vocals, clarinet, piano as well as great food. Tickets are $20, with $10 from the ticket going for food and drink.
