The third annual Prince and Princess Tea and Parade is at 1692 10th Ave. Saturday from 1 to 3 p.m. Dress up the kids, wear your best outfit and join the Elder Citizens Recreation Centre members for tea or juice, goodies and sandwiches. Everyone is welcome. There is a silent auction, a craft corner, a fish pond and games of musical chairs for some fun. All proceeds go to the ECRA operating costs. Limited seating so book tickets. Casse-Tete: A Festival of Experimental Music is Saturday and Sunday at The Exploration Place. Music stylings include experimental music-improvisation, free jazz, avant-garde compositions, minimalism, post-rock, noise, and more. Many performers from BC and Alberta will be in attendance. World Wide Knit in Public Day is Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Railway and Forestry Museum, 850 River Road. The Prince George Spinners & Weavers Guild will be at the museum with their looms, knitting needles and yarn sharing their talent and promoting the art of spinning and weaving. They invite beginner knitters and crocheters to attend and everyone to learn about spinning and weaving. Free admission with donation of a non-perishable food item for the Prince George Salvation Army Food Bank.

Fathers Day breakfast and bake sale is Sunday from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Treat dad or grandpa to a full Father's Day breakfast, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, hash browns, fruit, coffee and tea. $6.50 per person at the Elder Citizens Rec Centre, 1692 Tenth Ave.

King For A Day Luncheon Sunday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Prince George Golf and Curling Club, 2515 Recreation Place. All are welcome to the Team Diabetes Fathers' Day fundraiser. $20 for adults, children six to 12 are $10. There is a silent auction, 50/50 draw and golf putting contest.

Ben Caplan in concert Sunday at 8 p.m. at Art Space, above Books & Co., 1685 Third Ave. Percussion, upright bass, violin, sax, clarinet and flute are just a few of the sounds to be heard at the concert. Tickets are $15 each at Books & Co.

Two Rivers Gallery will hold an opening reception Thursday at 7:30 p.m. for artist Nora Curiston in the sculpture court for her work called Fallen Sky, which she created during Toni Onley Artists' Project in Wells last summer.
