Ice Age On Ice tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m., but if you want to beat the big rush and get the best seats possible, the figure skating theatre event has a special window of opportunity today.
Ticketmaster is offering a presales event.
CN Centre manager Glen Mikkelsen explained how the presales process works. It starts by logging onto www.ticketmaster.com and looking up the Prince George dates for Ice Age On Ice, then click on the heading marked Find Seats For Me.
"Click on Select Ticket Type," he said. When you do, a list of options will appear.
The one you want for buying earlybird tickets to the Prince George show is marked Venue Presale. Click that one.
"Just type in the password word - mammoth - where asked, and that unlocks the site to start buying tickets," Mikkelsen said.
This special option will only appear for a limited time: today from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Otherwise, the regular ticket-buying period opens on Friday at 10 a.m. either online at the Ticketmaster website on in person at the CN Centre Box Office.
