The Prince George Mardi Gras kicks off tonight and continues through Feb. 24.
Mr. Prince George Pageant goes tonight at the Coast Inn of the North. Dinner starts at 5:45 with the show at 8 p.m. There will be an after party at the Generator.
No Limit Texas Hold 'em goes Saturday at 6 p.m. at the Days Inn Hotel.
OTL goes at Dillman Field at 8 a.m. with the Over The Line dinner dance goes at the Civic Centre at 6:30 p.m.
Valentine Country Dance at the Hart Pioneer Centre goes at 8 p.m. Saturday.
On Sunday the Seniors Activity Centre presents a Snow Daze dinner, 425 Brunswick Street. Everyone is welcome.
SnowDaze got Talent takes place Tuesday at the Westwood Pub at 7 p.m.
There's a murder mystery dinner at the Treasure Cove show lounge on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14. Doors at 6 p.m.
On Saturday, Feb. 16 Wendy's Kids Fun Fair is held at Connaught Youth Centre from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free admission and food and game tickets are 50 cents each.
Sunday, Feb. 17 there's a crib tournament at the Hart Pioneer Centre at 1 p.m. Entry is $5. Prizes awarded.
On Monday, Feb. 18 the College Heights Pub hosts waiter waitress races who compete for the title of Prince George's Top Server at 7 p.m.
On Wednesday, Feb. 20 Original Joe's hosts a hot wing eating contest. Register at 6:30. Contest at 78 p.m. Entry is $20. Prizes are first place $100 gift certificate, second is $50 gift certificate, third place is $25 gift certificate.
On Saturday, Feb. 23 there is a Curling Funspeil at the Prince George Golf 7 Curling Club followed by a buffet dinner. Fun starts at 3 p.m.
On Sunday, Feb. 24 is Snowdaze Family Fun Day at the Prince George Golf & Curling Club from noon to 4 p.m. There will be a grand price for best snowman judged by a panel of judges. Grand Prize is $1,000 downtown shopping spree. Second is $500 cash, third is $250 cash.
