Hedley is coming back to Prince George, and they are bringing some power friends.

Hedley is headliner enough for most occasions, but they are also going to shine the CN Centre spotlight on someone who has never performed in Prince George, at least since she got big. And wow did she ever get big. International pop music superstar Carly Rae Jepsen will join them on stage on May 16. She is the voice behind mega-seller Call Me Maybe, but also the smash duet single Good Time with Owl City, and recently the hit single I Really Like You put her back on top of the music pack with the help of Tom Hanks in the music video. Her new one is called Run Away With Me.

Also making his Prince George debut that night is fast-rising pop singer Francesco Yates, only 20 years old. His duet Sugar with Robin Schulz was an international hit, as was his single Better To Be Loved. Yates won the Heatseeker trophy at the Canadian Radio Music Awards this year. His new single, the swoony ballad Call, is climbing the charts now.

At the top of the billing is pop-punk rock unit Hedley, a band that can't seem to stop pumping out the hit singles and viral videos. But as big as they are on the airwaves, it is the live stage where their reputation truly goes through the roof. They have sold close to 500,000 concert tickets in Canada alone since 2010, making them one of the most successful touring acts in the country. In 2013 alone, the Wild Life tour sold 150,000 tickets across Canada.

"Playing live is who we are, and going on tour is the ultimate way for us to interact with our fans," said frontman and creative force Jacob Hoggard. "We're about to unveil the most spectacular tour we've ever embarked upon. We can't wait to connect with each and every one of our fans, in person... and to pull some pretty amazing tricks out of our sleeves. We have amazing fans and we can't wait to share this with them."

Hedley will make some history in the process of their P.G. appearance. This will be the band's fifth time headlining at CN Centre. Only two other acts have ever played that venue five times - Paul Brandt and 54-40 - and with Prince George guitar player Dave Rosin in the lineup, it also expands the Hedley record for most CN Centre shows with a local musician.

Their new album Hello drops on Nov. 6, the same day that tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. for the Prince George show. Prices range from $35 to $75 and are available at Studio 2880, CN Centre box office, and online through Ticketmaster.

Hedley is also offering some extra love for the real fans of the band. VIP packages are available now at hedleyvip.com. The packages include exclusive merchandise, a meet and greet with the band, and for the first time ever, an intimate one-song acoustic performance at the meet and greet. VIP package holders will also be entered to win one of 10 mysterious and very exclusive Golden Tickets. Check the site for details.
