Canadian music icon Gordon Lightfoot is coming to CN Centre for an evening of songs and stories on Nov. 23.
After five decades of touring, Lightfoot shows no signs of slowing down. He is widely considered to be a modern-day troubadour, whose time-defying style and legendary hits have made him one of Canada's premier live performers.
Lightfoot has won 15 Juno Awards and been nominated for five Grammy Awards. He was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 1986 and the Canadian Country Music Hall Of Fame in 2001. In May 2003 he was made a Companion of the Order of Canada and is also a member of the Order of Ontario. He was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2004.
