Allan Hyde who stars as a 2,000 year old vampire on True Blood, HBO's hit television series, will be joining Kristen Bauer, who plays Pam at the Hot Blooded Ball Halloween bash at the Ramada Hotel on Friday.
Jim Parrack, who stars as Hoyt on the hit show, was originally scheduled to attend but has been forced to cancel due to an emergency.
Guests at this Prince George Public Library event will be treated to an array of ghoulish appetizers and the cash bar will feature several nightmarish drinks.
The area's top DJs will be pumping out the latest dance hits to get everyone's blood flowing, providing the soundtrack for a great party with two of the stars of the sexiest show on television.
Both Allan Hyde and Kristin Bauer will be available for autographs and photos, and they'll also pick the best Halloween costumes from among the crowd. Both the best female costume and best male costume will each win a trip to Mexico, courtesy of Flight Centre and Air Canada Vacations.
Tickets to the library fundraiser are $80 each and can be purchased online at the library's website www.lib.pg.bc.ca or by calling 250-563-9251 or 250-960-9710. Each ticket holder will receive a $35 tax-deductible receipt which supports the library's renovation work.
