Tristan Ghostkeeper, 16, local dancer, won the senior modern dance category at one competition and took the title of performer of the year at another.
Ghostkeeper, who is a student at Enchainement Dance Studio, won senior modern dance at the Performing Arts B.C. Provincial Festival of the Arts competition in Nanaimo May 28 to 30 and the Performer of the Year at the B.C. Annual Dance Competition in Prince Rupert the first week of May.
The Performer of the Year title sees him take to the stage at an Australian showcase in Gold Coast in January.
