One of the hottest country acts in North America is coming to Prince George this spring.
Florida Georgia Line will visit CN Centre on April 12 as part of their Here's to the Good Times Tour.
The country-pop duo of Brian Kelly and Tyler Hubbard have soared to the top of the charts with hit singles like Round Here and Get Your Shine On. Their latest hit, Cruise, has been ranked by SoundScan as the second-best selling country single in history and a remix version took home an American Music Award for best single.
After meeting as university students in Nashville, Tenn., the pair formed a band and have quickly had enormous success.
"It's a dream come true," Kelly said in a news release of their quick rise to stardom. "Although it still kind of feels like just yesterday that we were writing the first couple of songs on the back of Tyler's tailgate."
This week, Florida Georgia Line ranked 19th in the top-20 box office grossing tours in North America.
Dallas Smith and The Chris Lane Band will join Florida Georgia Line at the Prince George concert.
Tickets for the event go on sale on Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. at Ticketmaster outlets.
