Monster trucks deserve a monster event - double the size.
When the Monster Trucks Destruction Tour hits Prince George on May 7, there will be two shows to choose from.
The vehicles will be so big you could house a family in them, and they will be competing with each other for bragging rights in speed racing, wheelie contests, and freestyle action with the motocross heroes on motorcycles. Of course the biggest cheers explode from the crowd for the always-popular car crushing events.
The monster trucks at this year's appearance include Rock Star, California Kid, Identity Theft, Skeletor and Tuff Guy.
If you come early, there will be a pit party and autograph session where fans can meet the drivers and get up close to these feats of automotive engineering.
The first performance on May 7 is 1:30 p.m. (pit party and autographs from noon-1 p.m.) and the second show is at 7:30 p.m. (pit party and autographs from 6-7 p.m.).
All the action takes place at CN Centre. Ticket prices start at $20 adult, $10 kids 3-12 (children 2 and under are free) based on seating locations.
