Island Mountain Arts is calling for submissions for an upcoming exhibit to explore the theme of progress.
The deadline is June 1 at 5 p.m.
This theme is to be explored with focus on the recent controversy with the Northern Gateway Pipeline. This is a group show and artists are invited to submit up to three pieces of art of any type of media. The exhibition in Wells is July 20 to August 20 with an opening reception at 7 p.m. on July 20.
This exhibition is held simultaneously with Toni Onley Artists' Project and during ArtsWells Festival of All Things Art. The show then tours to three galleries including the Station House Gallery in Williams Lake. Two other locations will be announced later.
