Cariboo Brewing hosts a 70s Disco Party with ABBAmania and Nite Fever at CN Centre Friday. Dress up for prizes while the Rated PG Roller Girls boogie to the beat, selling 50/50 tickets. The show is set up as a cabaret and the first 1,000 people get a free mood ring. Doors open at 7 p.m., show starts at 8. Tickets are $29.99 and are available at all Ticketmaster outlets.

High Five! during Spring Break @ The Library. Friday at 1 p.m. school kids are invited to play life-sized snakes and ladders, Wii games and Nerf tag. Bring your Lego creations or build something new with ours. The Space Frog launcher returns at eh Bob Harkins branch.

Hunger Games Trivia at the Bob Harkins branch of the library Friday at 1 p.m. Win passes to the movie. Visit the teen section at the Bob Harkins branch during the month of March and answer the Hunger Games trivia question. Every correct answer will be entered in a draw for two movie passes. Winners will be announced during Spring Break. The movie opens March 23.

Improv Ad Nauseum by Serious Moonlight Productions goes Saturday at 8 p.m. at Twisted Cork, 1157 Fifth Avenue. Prince George's own Improvisational Theatre Comedy Troupe brings you another hilarious show. Tickets $10 at Studio 2880 and the Twisted Cork. For more information call 250-961-0615.

The Red Violin is a 1998 award winning Canadian film about a perfect passion-inspiring red violin shown at UNBC's Canfor Theatre Sunday at 3 p.m. Part one of a two-part event where guests attend the concert March 31 to hear celebrated violin virtuoso Elizabeth Pitcairn who will play her Red 'Mendelssohn' Stradivarious violin, the instrument that inspired the movie.
