The father of Loren Donn Leslie agreed she suffered from "serious anxieties" but was never suicidal, the court heard as the trial for Cody Legebokoff resumed for a second day.

Under cross examination from defence lawyer Jim Heller, Doug Leslie agreed his daughter had some emotional and psychological problems.

"A small bit maybe just like any other teenaged kid, I would say," Leslie added.

Leslie also agreed his daughter was hospitalized for psychiatric episodes but maintained he did not agree that she had to be there.
