UPDATE (Sept. 23)
It turns out the video was created by both parties to promote a local live event taking place in the Edmonton area.
That's according to a tweet published by Lacey Evans today (Sept. 23).
"As a sports Entertainer its is [sic] my job to not only entertain but also set the proper example. So with that being said...I'm glad you all were entertained but if you ever try to honestly disrespect or put my brothers and sisters in blue in harm...I hope what you get what you ask for."
The tweet notes Evans has worked in law enforcement and as a U.S. marine.
"I do not condone, agree or promote disrespecting or making LEO's [sic] jobs harder than they already are."

Does asking "Do you know who am?" ever work?
It didn't this time, when professional wrestler Lacey Evans tried to use it near Edmonton.
She tweeted video of her interaction with an RCMP officer yesterday morning (Sept. 21) after he pulled her over for speeding.
"Do you know who I am?" she asks in the video.
"I have no idea," the RCMP officer responds.
"Well, I'm Lacey Evans," she replies, saying she doesn't accept the ticket.
"Who's Lacey Evans?" he interrupts.
"WWE superstar," she responds in disbelief.
The video ends with her wishing him a terrible day and calling Canada terrible.
"Welcome to Edmonton," he answers and leaves.
So far the video has been viewed over 515,000 times and garnered media attention on both sides of the border.
