Fort St. John RCMP is asking local restaurants and bars to check if they are missing any empty beer kegs.
In a release, the RCMP said the Crime Reduction Unit recovered numerous empty kegs during a stolen property investigation on Tuesday, May 3. Some of the kegs have already been returned to the businesses they were stolen from, police said.
Anyone else who may be missing beer kegs, or has any knowledge about the thefts, is asked to call Fort St. John RCMP at 250-787-8100.
