It’s rare that we see roof terraces as sweet as these, so our pick for the ultra-luxe listing of the week has to be this penthouse at Bosa’s four-year-old Lido building in Vancouver's Mount Pleasant East.

Steps from the upper terrace lead down to a larger, lower-level terrace with a covered BBQ kitchen, a hot tub, and a lounge with a fireplace and a covered outdoor TV.

REW's Insights page on the property reports that the 2102 penthouse was valued in July 2018 by BC Assessments at $2,268,000, up seven per cent over the previous assessment. Property taxes last year were $5,225.30, and the new owner will also have to stump up $972 a month in strata fees.
