A serious crash at the Summerland Pharmasave Friday morning resulted in the Jaws of Life being employed to extract a woman from a crushed car, reports indicate.
Glacier Media freelance reporter Monique Tamminga said a woman in a car was pinned in her car and had to be extracted by emergency crews.
The car was smashed, causing serious damage.
The incident took place around 8:30 a.m.
