Conservation North will mark Earth Day this Saturday by hosting a multimedia tour through one of the Upper Fraser's last intact valleys - the Walker.

Located south of Kakwa Provincial Park, the valley is home to an inland temperate rainforest and features ancient red cedar trees, bull trout, chinook salmon, caribou, grizzly bears and more

"Come see for yourself why the spectacular Walker is worth protecting," organizers say,

It's set for Art Space above Books and Company, 222-1685 Third Ave., 7 p.m. start.
