Burns Lake RCMP uncovered a trove of allegedly stolen items from a property on the south side of Francois Lake over this past weekend.
Acting on a tip, RCMP executed a search warrant in the 25000 block of Amendt Road and seized an ATV, a dump trailer, a Bobcat skid steer, a flat deck trailer, a lawn mower, a travel trailer and a van.
As well, two men were arrested - one from Prince George and the other from Grassy Plains. They were later released and charges remain pending further investigation.
RCMP said the rightful owners of a number of items have been identified but not all of them and are reminding people to record serial numbers and other identifiers in case of theft.
A rumour on social media that bodies were found at the property are unfounded, RCMP added.
