Sentences for offences committed in Prince George, Mackenzie, McBride, Valemount and areas

- Shaun Edward Dell (born 1984) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $600 plus a $90 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Phillip Charlie Gunanoot (born 1986) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a three-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for two counts of mischief $5,000 or under and to time served for uttering threats. Gunanoot was in custody for 53 days following his arrest.

- Irene Marie Johnny (born 1979) was sentenced to time served for breaching probation. Time served was not available.

- Christian Ronald Schwab (born 1994) was sentenced to 529 days in jail, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for possession for the purpose of trafficking, to one year probation for break and enter and committing an offence and to time served for two counts of breaching a release order. Schwab was in custody for 30 days prior to sentencing.

- Clyde Raymond Pierre (born 1953) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage.

- Robert Aaron Nicholas (born 1979) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited.

- Joey Alan Patterson (born 1979) was sentenced to one year probation and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for possessing a controlled substance. 

- Steven Mark Sosiak (born 1990) was sentenced to a conditional sentence order of two years less a day and two years probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for two counts of possessing a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, committed in Mackenzie.

- Timothy Donald Munroe (born 1969) was sentenced to 327 days in jail and prohibited from driving for three years and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for driving while disqualified under the Criminal Code.

- Mark Juneau Peter Smaaslet (born 1995) was sentenced to 731 days in jail, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for possessing a prohibited or restricted firearm and to 45 days for breaching a release order. Smaaslet was in custody for 34 days following his arrest and for a further 30 days prior to sentencing.

- Trenal Marian-Marie Alexis (born 1998) was sentenced to time served for resisting arrest and breaching a release order. Alexis was in custody for 26 days prior to sentencing.

- Marialine Corinne Julia Trottier (born 1982) was sentenced to one year probation for theft $5,000 or under.

- David Tyler Waldie (born 1983) was sentenced to 18 days in jail for breaching a conditonal sentence order.
