Sentences for offences committed in Prince George, Mackenzie, Valemount, McBride and areas

- Kirk Arthur Clark (born 1986) was sentenced to 16 months time serve issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and assessed $400 in victim surcharges for breaking and entering with intent to commit offence and assaulting a peace officer with a weapon.

- Darryl Bernard (born 1969) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond and assessed a five-year firearms prohibition after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Prince George.

- Tyler Michael Elroy Alexis (born 1997) was sentenced to 147 days in jail for possessing weapon for dangerous purpose and possession of a firearm contrary to an order and to 27 days in jail for theft $5,000 or under and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, all committed in Prince George. Alexis was also sentenced to one year probation and issued a 10-year firearms prohibition on the counts and was in custody for seven days prior to sentencing.

- Brandhon Leslie Dargatz (born 1993) was sentenced to 25 days in jail, to be served on an intermittent basis, and assessed a $100 victim surcharge for breaching probation, committed in Prince George. 

- Tanya Fredilia Lolly (born 1995) was sentenced to one year probation, issued a 10-year firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for robbery. Lolly was in custody for nine days prior to sentencing.

- Lorne Lester Flamand (born 1960) was sentenced to 18 months probation for causing a disturbance by being drunk, committed in Prince George, and breaching a conditional sentence order, committed in Fort St. James.

- Robert Jason Williams (born 1971) was issued a one-year $500 peace bond after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Prince George.

- Gordon Neil Ethier (born 1966) was issued a three-year preventative firearms prohibition for possessing a weapon for dangerous purpose, committed in Prince George.

- Bo Justin Lyle Meikle (born 1985) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and one year probation for possessing stolen property under $5,000 and to one day in jail for breaching a release order, both committed in Bear Lake. Meikle was also assessed $400 in victim surcharge on the counts.

- Wesley Ednock West (born 1987) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $1,100 plus $165 in victim surcharges for driving while driver's licence is suspended, committed in Fort St. James, and driving while prohibited or licence suspended, committed in Prince George, both under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Christopher Michael Petz (born 1991) was sentenced to time serve for theft $5,000 or under.Time served was not available.

- Melanie Patricia Lahoda (born 1989) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 victim surcharge for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act.

- Gina Fawn Leona Thomas (born 1972) was sentenced to one year probation for mischief $5,000 or under.

- James Robert Maurice (born 1978) was sentenced to 180 days in jail and one year probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon. Maurice was in custody for 122 days prior to sentencing.

- Angeline Louise Hammerstrom (born 1980) was prohibited from driving for one year and fined $500 plus a $75 in victim surcharges for under the Motor Vehicle Act and to time served for two counts of breaching a release order, both committed in Prince George, and one count of driving while prohibited under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Quesnel. Hammerstrom was in custody for 58 days prior to sentencing.

- Sakansin Scotty Charlie Charlie-Tom (born 1991) was sentenced to four days in jail and 18 months probation, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for occupying a vehicle knowing a firearm is present. Charlie-Tom was in custody for 149 days prior to sentencing.
