Police are seeking the driver of this pickup truck in connection with the death of a pedestrian on Tuesday.

The Prince George RCMP are seeking the driver of a pickup truck in relation to the death of a pedestrian on Tuesday.

The vehicle is described as a white 2014 to 2016 Ford 150 with an extended cab, what appears to be a rachet strap around the tailgate and an aftermarket bumper.

The truck was seen driving in the area of First Avenue and Quebec Street at about 12:30 p.m. when the collision occurred at the corner of the two streets.

"We are looking to speak with the driver of a pickup truck who may have information pertinent to this investigation," Cpl. Jennifer Cooper said in a statement.

Anyone with information on the vehicle or who the driver or passengers of the pickup truck may have been at the time, is asked to contact Prince George RCMP at 250-561-3300. Quote file number 21-43152.
