From Prince George provincial court:
- Tim Robert Bulmer (born 1958) was sentenced to one day in jail for three counts of breaching an undertaking.
- Clayton Angus Middlemiss (born 1988) was sentenced to one year probation, prohibited from driving for three years and 10 months and assessed $1,100 in victim surcharges for dangerous driving, two counts of driving while disqualified, two counts of fleeing police and one count of breaching a release order. Middlemiss was in custody for 96 days prior to sentencing.
- James Dean Walker (born 1980) was sentenced to a six-month conditional sentence order and 18 months probation and prohibited from driving for 18 months for dangerous driving and fleeing police, committed in Prince George and for theft over $5,000 and mischief, committed in Vernon, and to a 30-day conditional sentence order, committed in Valemount.
- Jessica Anne Bergen (born 1982) was sentenced to 18 months probation for willfully resisting a peace officer and breaching probation.
