Victoria police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant after failing to return to a halfway house.
Timothy Jones is described as a 55-year-old white man, five feet, 10 inches tall with a medium build and weighing approximately 148 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
Most recently he had his head shaved and sports a brown and grey goatee.
Jones has a series of criminal convictions dating back to 1985, including sexual offences, assault causing bodily harm, flight from police and being unlawfully at large. He has been living in a halfway house, also known as a community residential facility
