Squamish photographer snaps adorable image of black bears (PHOTO)

She was walking along a Squamish trail when she spotted this black bear sow and her yearling.

Squamish photographer Aafreen Arora stumbled on quite a beautiful sight on Sunday, July. 25.

She was walking along a Squamish trail at about 3:30 p.m. when she spotted this black bear sow and her yearling.

She said it reminded her of a mother's love.

"This is so special to me," she said.

Knowing that conservation experts recommend not disturbing wildlife, Arora kept her distance, snapped the shot, and then retreated, leaving the bears none the wiser.

"I was at a great distance from them," she told The Chief. "I used my telescopic — zoom — lens to capture them. Didn't want to disturb them enjoying their afternoon, so quietly backed off."

The Chief is also not revealing the exact location of the bears in order to protect their privacy.
