A magnitude 2.6 earthquake rattled some homes in the south Okanagan this morning.
Residents from Penticton to Oliver took to social media to report the mid-morning rattle as it shook the region around 9:44 a.m.
The United States Geological Survey reports the quake happened at a depth of 5.9 km just south of Yellow Lake and Twin Lakes
